Eid-ul-Fitr 2021

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

We pray that you and your family are safe and witnessing this blessed month of Ramadan. May Allah SWT enable us to witness the Laylatul Qadr and the rest of the month with the worship that makes us closer to Him.

Due to COVID, last year, we missed the Eid prayer. This year, with the help of Allah SWT, we will have the Eid prayer following all the safety guidelines InshaAllah. We will have the Eid prayer at the Autozone Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium Parking Lot with social distancing.

The parking lot can accommodate around 700 cars with social distancing (leaving one parking lot empty in between). One family would use this empty lot in between to pray (not coming close contact with anyone else). You must bring your own prayer mat because you and your family will be praying together in the assigned parking space next to your car. Because of limited parking, we encourage three things:

1. Consider carpooling with family members. Avoid bringing multiple cars per family.
2. Each family/car should register at https://2021eidfitr.eventbrite.com *One ticket per car
3. Please come to prayer early (before 9:00 AM) to ensure you have a parking spot.

We are trying something new this year because of unprecedented circumstances, so we ask for your utmost cooperation. Please understand that once you enter the parking lot, you cannot leave until traffic control guides you to leave the lot. Please try to be patient with us. We want to make this experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible.
